Return and Refund Policy
Return requests
Return requests can be raised from the customer order page. Select the order, choose the product, and share the reason for return.
Review process
The team reviews each request and updates the return status in the customer dashboard. Approved refunds can be reflected in the user wallet.
Refund status
Payment and refund status are shown in the user profile and order history so customers can track progress.
Exceptions
Customized, damaged by use, or incomplete return items may require additional review before approval.
